I woke up this morning feeling really good. I was so happy that I decided to wear a dress today. Hahaha. So I met Yoges and Pauline at Orchard and we watched "Confessions of a Shopaholic" at Cineleisure because Yoges wanted to. The movie was quite enjoyable. I remember myself laughing at the quirky antics of 'Rebecca Bloomberg'. (Love her hair.) And the guy in the movie looks alot like Orlando Bloom! Anyways, I think there was some moral to the story. Well, it taught me that people are not defined by their clothes but their loved ones.
After the movie, we did something very, very paradoxical: shopping. It seems that the movie had some immediate influence on us. Before buying the item, we found ourselves constantly asking ourselves if we really needed it. LOL. Well, at least we didn't hallucinate and see the mannequins coaxing us to buy the merchandise like in the movie. (Oops, spoiler!)
Since I haven't been shopping for a reeeally looooong time, I decided to buy whatever I thought was nice. The result? I bought 3 tops, 1 dress and a pair of sandals.
It's not alot right? xP I wanted to get some accessories, but none caught my eye. I wanted to buy 2 CDs too, (I have been wanting to buy them since forever) but one was out of stock and I didn't have the mood to buy the other one. LOL.
Pauline had to leave early for Girls' Brigade. Yoges and I left soon after. We took a few photographs in the MRT. I shall upload them here when she sends them to me. (:
On a different note, here's a nice song by Taylor Swift (again). I hope she includes this one and the one previously featured in her third album.
